SCAM: I tried to drop my plan the charge showed on my account at the smaller plan then revert back to the large amount. On their end it only let me keep it at the larger plan. When reach out they were unable to refund me because I was not unsatisfied with their previous work". Note I have the 40 hour a month plan they only use maybe a hour of that due to issues with hosting and other issues that occurred and I alerted them of the issues immediately after the second months payment started to pend. You have to job threw hoops, and honestly I felt the guy I talk to cancel was trying to manipulate me based on the changes in his tone and language. I got to the point of of just agreeing with him just to get him to go away almost. NOT WORTH it.
